Olympus OM PC (OM-40) with MIJ 50mm f/1.8 Zuiko Lens in Excellent Condition
As the most fully-featured consumer-grade Olympus OM body, the OM PC packs a lot into its compact body. It adds the TTL flash metering of the top-end OM bodies, and offers two user-selectable meter settings: standard centerwieghted, and ESP (Electro-Selective Pattern) which combines a central spot reading with the centerweighted reading when the camera detects a greater-than-one-stop disparity between the subject and background. The OM PC is also the only manual focus consumer OM to feature Program, Aperture-Priority, and Manual exposure modes. Manual ISO and Automatic DX film speed settings are also on offer. This high serial number example is in excellent cosmetic and operating condition and has none of the excessive battery discharge problems that earlier bodies did. The viewfinder is clear, clean, and bright. The 50/1.8 Zuiko lens is in beautiful condition optically, mechanically and cosmetically. As with all of our cameras at 678, this OM PC has been fully film-tested and new light seals were installed.
