Regarding payments, shipping, returns & refunds, communication, etc.
PAYMENTS

  We offer 2 payment options:
  • Stripe - enables you to use a credit card directly in our secure checkout, without having to leave our site.
  • PAYPAL - redirects you to PAYPAL's secure checkout, allowing you to use your PAYPAL account.

  An e-mail receipt is automatically issued upon completed payment. All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

SHIPPING

    Our primary carrier is CANADA POST. They offer the best balance of cost versus service. We only ship using tracking numbers and full insurance to provide the most peace of mind possible for you, our valued customers. If there is another shipping method you would prefer, please contact us by e-mail for costs and availability prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping costs can be seen in the checkout page. Just select your country and province or state and the shipping cost will adjust for your location. If shipping costs do not appear for your country please contact us and we will provide you with a quote or an explanation as to why we are unable to ship there. We ship within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking number as soon as your purchase has shipped.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We have a 90 day return period for any failure of workmanship or materials. We cannot cover damage from impacts, liquids or other misuse. We also provide a 14 day return period if you are not completely satisfied with the item. Please contact us via e-mail before making the return. Buyer pays the return shipping and we will issue a refund including original shipping costs immediately upon receiving the returned item. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND tracking and insurance. We cannot be held responsible for losses by the carrier.


COMMUNICATION

    We do our best to respond to e-mails within 24 hours, however circumstances may sometimes arise where we are unable to. We greatly appreciate your patience when this occurs and will definitely respond within 72 hours at the most. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
